These traditional cured sausages are made by hand in the Auvergne region of France. Slice thinly and eat them just as they are or use them as part of your next picnic or dinner party. Once sliced, these saucissons are best stored in the fridge, and we recommend allowing them to come to room temperature before eating to intensify their flavour.

We stock a huge range of traditionalFrench saucissons. With flavours ranging from garlic or truffle, all the way through to Roquefort, black pepper (and just about every other flavour in between!), you’ll be sure to find one that you’ll enjoy.
